1. Who we are
Zovirra Bolivia S.R.L. ('Zovirra', 'we') is a Bolivian company registered at Av. San Martín No. 155, 8th Floor, Equipetrol Norte, Santa Cruz de la Sierra. We act as the data controller for the personal data you provide when you visit zovirra.com or use our real estate crowdlending platform.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the information required to run the platform: name, email, phone number, ID document, banking details for transfers, contributions made, activity log and basic technical data such as IP address and browser. We never request sensitive information beyond what is strictly needed to verify your identity under the Bolivian UIF and ASFI framework.
3. What we use your data for
We use your data to verify your identity, execute participative loan contracts, comply with anti-money-laundering duties, issue tax reports, provide customer support and, where you gave explicit consent, to send commercial communications and measure advertising through Google Ads and Google Analytics.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We only share it with escrow banks in Bolivia, with our KYC provider authorised by the UIF, with independent auditors and, when the law requires it, with the Financial System Supervision Authority (ASFI) or the National Tax Directorate.
5. International transfers
We host part of our infrastructure in data centres outside Bolivia under contractual clauses that guarantee the same level of protection as Bolivian law. We never transfer data to jurisdictions without adequate safeguards.
6. Your rights
As the data subject, you can access, correct, update or ask for the erasure of your data, and object to specific uses. You can exercise these rights by writing to privacidad@zovirra.com attaching a copy of your ID.
7. Retention
We keep the information while the relationship is active and, after that, for the periods required by Bolivian financial regulations (at least 10 years for investment operations).
8. Security
We apply TLS 1.3 across the site, AES-256 encryption at rest for the databases, role-based access control, mandatory multi-factor authentication for staff, and periodic audits by independent third parties.
9. Minors
The platform is intended exclusively for people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to this policy
Any material change will be published on this page and, where appropriate, communicated to you by email at least 15 days before it takes effect.
11. How to reach us
You can write to privacidad@zovirra.com or to our registered address in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. Privacy queries are answered within 15 business days at most.
